Dont lose weight too fast. Give your skin time to adapt. It takes roughly about 4 months for every 20lbs decrease in weight. I would recoment you aim at something like 1.5lbs per week. diet on the week days, eat normal one day, and one day a week pig out big time, to give your basal metabolic rate a chance to adapt to the new caloric intake. Then do it all over again.
1.5lbs a week does not seem like much but when you think about it, you're in it for the long run and 52 weeks per year at 1.5lbs a year gives you 78lbs per year. In 2.5 years you can erase a lifetime of bad habits and abuse to your body. Not bad
