I rode up to the Mt. Kongo Ropeway and back - 80 km. It's mostly flat, but the climb up Kongo is 2500 or 3000 feet in 11 or 12 km. I'm no climber, so it was pretty tough for me. Then I had to fight a 13 mph headwind on the way back. Not the nicest long(ish) ride I've done, but at least I seem to be getting stronger. I'm usually pretty spent after the climbing portion of a long ride, but yesterday I still had a bit of energy. Didn't feel as beat after the ride either.

Before the ride I made some adjustments - raised the saddle 5 mm and adjusted my right cleat. Totally cleared up the pain issues I was having!
