Lots of vIews... no replies. Surely there is someone that can give me an appraisal and advice?

A new M3L here in the states goes for $1075 at NYCEwheels.com which seems to be about an average price for the bike. How much does a bike like this depreciate after a few years of regular use? $300? More? Less? Just trying to come up with what's fair.
