This is where re-fitting BBs get "interesting": if you had a perfect chainline with the 126 and your crankarms were both exactly the same distance from their respective chainstays, I wouldn't mess with it; get the 127.
If there's a little "wiggle room" I'd get the 124.5 and a couple of spacers (maybe 2-1mm and a .5mm) and play with it, but that's just me.
if your budget is huge a Phil Wood BB allows for some side-to-side adjustment (and will last a lifetime) and so would a Suntour like shown above, but you'd have to go fish for one of those in your chosen spindle length, and I don't see many of them out there.
BUT: if it's just the cartridge bearings that are shot on your Suntour VX, those can be driven off and new ones driven on the spindle, just takes a vise and some hand tools. Bearings can be found at an LBS or many more choices (including exotics like ceramics) from big mail-order bearing houses.
