I'm going to be very radical here and suggest you re-evaluate where you truly derive your happiness from. I love bicycling, but I'd be much more distraught if I were to lose my family than my bike. It would be great to have it all, but the truth is there is only so much time in a day and we build strong families by spending good time with them. Yes, we all need personal time. But, for me, it's important to keep my priorities straight and put my family first.
