Have you ever got to work and realized that you cannot do your job without something you left at home?
like a laptop, set of keys, part of a uniform, tools or anthing else?
did you go back for them, just go home, or try to do with out them?
Very rarely. The secret is to pack and plan ahead. Occasionally I'll leave my cell phone behind, but for the most part I can live without it. Clothes? Already in the panniers and carefully checked that all articles are accounted for. Name badge, thumbdrive and security FOB? Laid out on the dining room table and these items I can make do without for a day or so.

The worst thing I've forgotten was a work shirt and my folks were kind enough to run one down to me.
