That frame was for sale on Seattle Craigslist for $130 3 days ago! I tried to get it but was mins too late. The original Seattle seller said he never built it up, but it's not NOS. He said it had a couple scratches from his garage. That price was too good to last even an hour. It figures that somebody here had to swoop down to grab it and make a buck flipping it on ebay. Even at $250, I think it's fair. You can buy a kinesis 1" threadless carbon fork, I had one before on my IRO.
