yep ... was just prescribed some medication and the DR said you need to say out o the sun light, which isnt to hard since i'm a cave dweller (aka tech support) , but i've just gotten into commuting and i'm riding during ,usually, the hottest and brightest part o the day since i work 2nd shift. Its only about a 50 minute commute about 9.5 miles with one long and torcherous hill and some head wind riding by a river.

Planning on double checking with the pharmasy to verify the restrictions .. but oh well there's always next week .. plus i can bring my bike to werk and ride on my break so's i dont feel like a complete slacker.
