Bikes: '96 Litespeed Catalyst, '05 Litespeed Firenze, '06 Litespeed Tuscany, '20 Surly Midnight Special, All are 3x10. It is hilly around here!

Cabling Campy brakes is no more difficult than others. Ergo bifters are different from Shimano STI's but not conceptually any ore difficult. However, if the brakes and shifting are good, why change the cables?

Have the front wheel trued and ride the bike while you read a couple of repair manuals.
