Time and appointments conspired to make me drive to work this morning. Now, I am experiencing the guilt and general malaise of not having ridden in. Its almost as bad as not fueling my caffeine addiction.

I almost drove home at lunch so that I could ride bike back in, but decided that (today anway) that was silly (I have done that in the past).

Anyone else suffer the non-bike-commute blues (other than traffic road rage)?
