Unfortunately, loss of license won't necessarily keep this fool off the roads. He'll just drive 'commando' until pulled over for something else, which may be too late to save someone else.

I don't know where it came from, but we HAVE to lose this general attitude that we are 'special' or above the rules due to some momentary circumstance; laws, rules, cultural mores' are what we have to have in order to live together as a society.
