Again; Here's what was posted in the state brochure, avialble from the Capitol region Council of Governments Connecticut Bicycle Coalition. I'd happily scan itand post it, but my scanner doesn't work so hot. Give me a PO box and I will happily send you a hard copy.

" Warn others when approaching. Bicylists must yield to pedestrians.

Second sentence: (do not confuse/twist this to try to make it sound like they are just focusing on pedestrians)

"Be courteous by warning others with a ring of your bell or a friendly greeting

Again the illustration shows a rider approaching someone from behind, issuing the greeting from behind, This rider in my case did not do this, he bursted out his BS from inches away, with no warning, right in my face.

As I posted yesterday, he also had no headlamp, which is illegal. Sorry I forgot to mention this initially.

By your logic, I guess you should march down to the Capitol building and tell all the board members your new theories.
