Tjspiel- The c'dale is really really rough and stiff.
Part of the reason I'm looking to get a new bike is I feel putting extra money to try to make it work may end with the same conclusion- stiff alum. fork and frame = my body absorbing too much of the energy.

I've always wanted to try a recumbent bike- but how do they do dodging potholes, doors, and crack heads jumping into the street?
Try a GreenSpeed with a head rest.
