"You guys" obviously have your own version of the law, and ignore anything that is obviously promoted in good intention for the public as a whole, by dismissing anything as a "mere piece of paper" or whatever you say. This, in my mind, just promotes more anarchy and distrust from non-riders, pedestrians, and motor vehicles. Suit yourselves. I will do my best to watch out for you in my mirror, invincible as you are, whatever state you are from.
I strongly suggest you all just go down to your state Capitol and just argue your case with them. Tell them that all their media efforts are meaningless to you, and see what they say.
