Removed the rear brake. Kept the aero lever, though. Connected the lever to a bell. Now, instead of a rear brake, I have a brake lever actuated bell.

Two zip ties. One electrical connector thingy. One bell.

Mounted the bell on my threaded to threadless adapter.
