Bikes: Cannondale CAAD 9

Seems simple enough... I think I'm in! I only got level 3 (17 push-ups). But the big question is... will this help my cycling in any way? I'm sure it would at least result in less upper-body fatigue on long rides. I'm nowhere near the level where extra upper-body mass would hurt me, so no worries there.
