Sorry for the cheap image quality and the messy garage. BTW, I hope you understand that as soon as I put on the basket, I just had to install a bell.

Basically, if you have normal aero levers, you cut the housing to about 1" past bar on the stem. Mount the bell on stem. I'm not sure where you would put it if you have a threadless fork.

You need one of these which you will crimp to the end of the brake cable. Then use zip ties to go around the lever of the bell.

I use a better quality bell and Tektro Road levers. The tektro levers have good return springs.

And finally, when your bell is actuated by your brake lever, you tend to ring it a lot more.
