Couldn't agree more with the 'obsession' viewpoint.
I just wish I could convince my wife and kids to ride. Not ride more, just ride. Once they start riding, then we can up the mileage. I'm convinced that my wife, currently at maybe 20km a week, would benefit tremendously in terms of mood improvements and general wellbeing. Jeez, how can it not?
