I don't know why everyone here wastes thousands of miles on senselessly lightening themselves. Heavy riders are much faster than light riders because once they spin up, they tend to stay at that speed more. You crazy body weight weenies need to start saving your effort. Plus, imagine how stiff and aero a heavy arse can be. Just remember, lighter isn't better.
