The problem is unlikely to be the saddle. It is more likely to be that your pelvis is tilted forward, moving your weight of the wide portion of the sit bones, forward onto the blood vessels and "soft bits".

Lower your saddle half an inch. Raise your bars two inches. Practice keeping your pelvis upright, and bend forward from above the pelvis. Problem solved.
