I saw some of those push up bars that twist for sale at Walgreens. I'm going to take the challenge. But I'm going to do em on my power tower. It allows you to lower your chest even lower. I have been doing them off and on, but nothing formal. I was in the military while in my twenties, even then I couldn't do over a 100 on our physical fitness test (2 minute time limit). I'll do the initial test tonight. Should be interesting to track everyone's progress!
