A joke? Ok..

For the record, I am not claiming to be better than you or anyone else. That is not who I am and I wouldn't do something like that.

What I was getting at was an issue of real world experience vs. pretend, computer life, talk about things rather than do things, experience.

I think a good comparison (Doctor) would be if I was hanging out on www.surgeryforums.net a lot. And even though I had never set foot in a surgical room, let alone performed surgery, I had talked about it plenty on the forum and learned from other people who have created an online persona and talked alot on forums too.

Well I've logged like 8,000 comments on Surgeryforums.net now, so I am pretty much an expert now, right? My online buddys think I am.

That is what I mean by a "theoretical life" being easier. You know what I mean?
