i had a front flat one day last week. The day it popped at work. I changed it and rode the bike home. the next morning I rode it back to work. About 10 miles from work on the way home I was stopping at a light, thinking I must need new brake pads when it dawned on me, I forgot to clamp the front brakes back down. I reached down and sure enough, it was not clamped down. I had to concentrate on not flipping over my handlebars for a while. About 38-40 miles with no front brake to speak of. Dumb s7*^ of the week? I commute in pretty heavy traffic accross downtown Indy.
