Bikes: 1971 Schwinn Le Tour

I recently slightly bent the front rim of my 1971 Schwinn Le Tour. It's still functioning quite well, but everytime it reaches the point that is bent, it rubs up against the brakes and makes a screeching noise. I need to replace this with an original rim. Truthfully, I know nothing about what I should be looking for, or where I should be looking for it. But I do know that everything on this bike is original, and I intend to keep it that way. The bike is very important to me, seeing as it is not only my only mode of transportation, but something my father entrusted me with. If anyone can point me in the direction of information or a place where I can purchase an original make, I'd greatly appreciate it.

I doubt there were any variations in the rim sets for this specific model, but just in case, here's a photograph.
