35 miles. up the coast, then broke west in near 100* heat wave....Nice when your moving but as soon as you stop at a light, it feels like someone threw a down blanket over you!

Hungover today, but may still ride.....


...Forgot to mention, Flatted out early in the ride. My rear tire, which is practicaly brand new (maybe 600 milesor so) blew a huge gash in it. Luckely, I wasnt far from my LBS, where i upgraded to 2 brand new blue Fortezza tri comps! ...@ $65 a piece!!!
