From: Carlisle, in England's Lake District, just a few miles south of the border with Scotland.

Bikes: A Bianchi C2C road bike, a steel framed touring bike and a Xootr Swift folder which has made the rest redundant!



Managed to get an afternoon to myself and took off to ride around Derwentwater in the UK Lake District. The lake is only about 45minutes from my home (by car) so I took my Xootr Swift with me. First picture is the Newlands valley, slightly overcast but dry.




Up above Derwent Water looking across the lake towards the town of Keswick (Kez-ick). A very nice way to spend an hour and a half.
