Yep; I put the Schlumpf Speed Drive on it, and it increased the versatility of the bike enormously, with 510% gear range. XT hub and derailer, and the cockpit size is just right. Thudbuster with butchered Brooks saddle busts the thuds. It helps that the handlepost is the older, more reliable steel version which is stiffer. Folds reasonably small. The bike is close to being the perfect bike.
