FYI on Raleigh Grand Prix's
(Usually)
"N" in the serial, made in Nottingham
"W" Made in Worksop, England by Carlton
"G" Made in Holland by Gazelle.
Raleigh ID's can be very confusing. I'd like to see the documentation where the author of that webpage gets the Gazelle info.
EDIT:
Just examined my "Carlton" Raleigh GP, it's early, probably late 60's and lacks a "W" or any other letter in the Serial. So I suppose a Gazelle lineage is possible.
