I was having a heck of a time improving my hand comfort for longer rides. I had installed some K-Wing bars a few months ago and never could get the comfort above "good". As long as anything is hurting, my saddle is not going to make it to a superb rating because I think you have to be comfortable everywhere to rate a 10 on a saddle comfort. My daughter suggested I focus on using my core to support my upper body and take the pressure off my hands - sort of good riding posture advice. Well I can do that for a couple of hours. I will need to to do core strengthening exercises to be able to maintain for those centuries. But for today's short ride, everything clicked and the saddle comfort was supreme. I never thought I would give a 10, but it definitely felt that way today.
