Really depends on how "you" drive it, I could blow a factory 48re tranny out very easy or worse, melt down the heads, I've run tunes which have put down well over 600hp and 1000tq with the supporting mods (rail pressure/fueling etc.) so before you add any power adders I highly suggest installing some proper gauges (boost/tran/pyro) to monitor the vitals...check out
