I've done it a couple times- and as a usually sober, safe, middle-aged rider, I've got to say that it's damn fun to have your cheeks go whuppa-whuppa-whuppa on a 50+mph descent. My wife's also done this, and it was great to see her tow a group of roadies down Highway 35 on her recumbent.
