We were talking about it's function. They said it sucked, I said it works perfectly. We conceded that we were in fact referring to different conditions and forms of mountain biking. Just like clipless pedals, indisposable for XC, totally trash for FR.
Me buying it myself or not has no bearing on if i think it works well... in fact, i dont know what the hell you are talking about. Wouldn't it be more snobish to say that the top of the line bike component sucked? I was saying the opposite.

As for Mael, I respect his opinion, more so than most on this forum, but that doesn't mean he is the be-all-end-all anymore than myself.
AS a married man with four children, I find it pathetic and childish that you go call people snobs with whom you have no idea their situation, nor does it have any bearing on the discussion just as it had no bearing when the tennesse kid said it. It is unfair.
Also, shouldn't you be spelling it 'because' instead of 'cuz' at your age? I mean come on, I know 13 year old girls who spell it out. Maybe you are just slow. (not so nice is it)
