Just thought that since Justin.tv took down the feed I would share this link with everyone:

You have to use Internet Explorer and have VLC (Video Lan Client) installed. Click on the "Online TV" picture to launch the viewer. Then click on the drop box on the bottom left and select Sport TV, then pick the Tour de France stream.
