Bikes: Kuota Kredo/Chorus, Trek 7000 commuter, Trek 8000 MTB and a few others

At Alpine the police station has water and is a regular stop for a lot of riders. It's at the top of the hill from River Road, right off 9W. There's bathrooms too.
