Lemond was licensed, not owned. Given the vitriol, I would assume that if sales slacken, it's mostly because Trek stopped production once the lawsuits were filed. Maybe one party is also trying to make the other hold the bag for unsold inventory.
Once the legal ridiculousness sorts itself out, I'd expect Lemond will try to set up his own Bontrager-less line-up.
