Fork Alignment/Straightening Reccomendations

I have a vintage (about 1970) Cilo which I've owned for well over 20 years. I bought it from a friend of mine who had had it fall off of his bike rack while driving at about 35 mph. He clearly remembered looking in his rearview mirror and seeing the bike tumble down the road! The only damage was to the fork. The fork blades seem to be straight but the box crown has a perceptible twist forward which effectively results in a slightly greater rake. The bike tracks straight so I never got around to dealing with it.

Now that I'm getting back into riding I'd like to do something about it. Can anyone reccomend someone to straighten it?
