Way to GO ! Stor, Man thats a big jump in mileage.I've been pretty tired at the end of some of my rides,but the next day is usually the worst for me.After my century I had a hamstring that killed me for 6 months.I'm OK after I get use to a certain distance,but every time I jump up 10 miles,I'm a zombie the next day at work.
