I would suggest an experienced shop or an experienced frame fabricaiton and repair person. For a shop in your area I'd suggest Sarah Gibson at Acme Cycles in KC. For a frame repair expert with lengthy vintage experience, I'd suggest Ron Boi at RRB Cycles in Kenilworth, Illinois. I've had fork repair and realignment work done by Ron.
