www.totalcycling.com - their prices are pretty good, include customs and they have a flat rate for shipping with DHL. I've added them to my list of online bike dealers. I think that 55/Rad is doing a bit better with Performance at the 20% discount than Total Cycling, but it's competative.

You are certainly welcome. In case you're wondering, the shipping is great. I ordered an Assos jacket and got it 5 days later. That beats a lot of in-country dealers
