All bike riding is good. I started comunting on basic road bike, got hooked and now bought myself a 'weekend flyer' and cycle everywhere i can.
As in post above, i've convinced 2 co-workers to cycle to work and working on a third, just need to find a decent bike for his low budget.
More commuters, less cars, less chance of getting hit on way to work!
