It's not pretty. Essentially velo hooliganism at its worst. The local constabulary have been shaking their heads and occasionally pulling us over to yell at the ride for over 20 years (I've been doing that ride for nearly two decades).

Although a traffic summons has yet to be issued, the River Vale, NJ police did tell us if we ever rode through their town again they would throw us all in the slammer. Now we detour through Old Tappan. The O.T. police haven't arrested us. Yet.
