recently i blew by a local cop on a downhill near my house. i noticed he had the radar out and got wide eyed as i went passed. i doubled back at the bottom and rode up the hill to see how i did. i achieved 32 mph in a 25 zone. the cop was pretty impressed. i never even considered getting cited for it though.
I think I would have tried for the ticket, as long as it said bicycle on there somewhere.
