Bikes: Nishiki NFS-B and Fuji Team 2007

pros/cons of setting up a 650c fixed?
I have a road bike that I really like but I recently upgraded to a carbon and much newer bike and I was contemplating of setting up to be fixed. So what do you guys think?

Btw the bike is a Nishiki NFS-B
