Nope.. didn't ride today, I was going to but the Mrs had to work and I had daddy duty. However, I thought I would share that I'm pretty sure I've figured out what's wrong with my knees. After tuesday's excellent ride, I was uncomfortable both yesterday and a little today. I'm no doctor, but I'd bet money on it: - plica syndrome of the medial plica. I've always thought it was a tendon or ligament I could see and feel popping back and forth over the end of my femur... now I have to figure out what to do about it.
