I just finished a VERY fun to read and inspirational book by Jayne Adams (?) called 'Slow, Fat Triathlete'. She gives a been-there-done-that perspective on training and racing. Not a 'training' book per se, but a great book that really got me believing that I CAN do this too. I'm only 32, but have always been more of the muscle-head type. Triathlon is something I NEVER thought I could do.
