simple hu? Potatoes you can pick, so they are fine, eat them until you explode. the problem starts when you start to add things that you can't kill or pick. like mayo, cheddar, butter, ranch, ect.
for breakfast, I would drop the toast, the yougurt, and the granola (all these are considered treats not food, might as well eat candy). Then replace with a potato and a piece of fruit. try eating two eggs if you can, to make up for the large amount of calories you removed by taking out the junk food.
Do you eat the same thing every day? that must suck. Why? What are you planning to accomplish with that?
wow, you're a dick, so oatmeal plus walnuts and fruit is candy? Plain nonfat yogurt is candy?
I don't eat any mayo, cheddar, butter, or ranch. The only thing in my diet that I can't pick or kill is the bread and yogurt and the mustard on my sandwich.
I eat the same thing everyday because I'm a college kid and can't afford a wide variety of food, also I have the mentality of food is energy, I don't eat because I'm bored and I don't get bored with what I eat because I only eat when I'm hungry.
