What I do know is that is a 3-speed, all steel, noisy and gets some curious looks from bystanders. When I get the cash , I will have the LBS give it a once over. I've nicknamed it "Der Panzer" for "the tank".
The components should have date codes (or even dates) on them. Check with the component manufacturers to see if they can help you date the components-- that will probably give you a likely year of manufacture. Keep us posted!
