I couldn't take it anymore though and went out and did 20 miles with a good solid climb, I felt stronger than I thought I would and kept a average of 17 mph. It's not where I was at before I started feeling this way but it's not half bad. This ride really got my motivation up, I think riding is the only thing keeping my head up; or more accurately, the idea of riding.


ALSO I tried Chamois Butter tonight for the first time...good god...where have you been all my life.
