I fell over two days ago. Second time in 2 years. Both times its in an emergency situation where I stop in time and right after I go "whew", I realize I haven't unclipped. Yes, you feel foolish, but this time I did damage to my left brifter. $60 for the plastic housing on Campy Chorus. Plus new bar tape, $15. Ouch!
