While I was there for a few months consulting I saw quite the opposite, some knew exactly what they were doing, others were in way over their head, and it got down right dangerous. I saw people stopping in the middle of the highway's turn the flashers on to back up to get back to an exit, why they could not go the the next one was beyond me. It was entertaining to say the least.
Ah, okay, so you weren't in Boston. You were out in the 'burbs where the highways are. It's different in the city. Can't say I'd ride my bike on 128, either.
